Miami Hotel Pilot Project - Miami, FL

The New Urban Initiative is currently pursuing it's first acquisition under our social enterprise business model. The project will consist of an 80 room hotel located in Miami with 4,000 sf of groundfloor retail and is estimated to contribute $800K annually to local nonprofits who specialize in food and housing insecurities, special needs, and education programs in the City of Miami. Commodore Hotel - Coconut Grove

NUI has been retained in the development of a 22 room independent luxury hotel located in Coconut Grove Florida. The hotel will be located on the famous Commodore Plaza and will consist of a chic industrial look with oversized rooms, SMART Systems, Alexis integration, ground floor retail and more. NUI is responsible for feasibility, management, design, and implementation. The estimated completion date is Q4 2020.

The Trinidad Hotel - Coconut Grove

The Trinidad Hotel is a 40 room independent boutique luxury hotel located in Coconut Grove Florida. The hotel will be located on Grand Avenue and part of a large redevelopment play that includes a farmers market, retail, and affordable and market-rate apartments. The hotel will consist of a chic industrial look with oversized rooms, SMART Systems, Alexis integration, ground floor retail and more. NUI is responsible for feasibility, management, design, and implementation. 

Cambria Suites Central District - Miami, FL

NUI has been retained in the development of a 190 room hotel located in the City of Miami Florida. The hotel is part of a mixed-use project that will include retail, office, multi-family, and senior living. Our responsibilities include a feasibility study, management selection and negotiations, and asset management.
